There are times when an employee
finds they need guidance when working on a specific project
– for example developing a departmental database. The
application of general software concepts to a specific project
can be challenging.
OFFICEPRO has developed a “directed training” approach
to address this need. Directed training involves an instructor
guiding and supporting the student through a project.
It is always our objective to develop independent capability.
Even when providing intensive, project-specific training we
ensure that the student is doing the actual work themselves
and our role is to provide direction and guidance in helping
them achieve their goals.
