Most of our training delivered via
hands-on, instructor-led classes. This training method allows
students to practice what they learn with the direction and
support of a highly-qualified instructor.
Experience has taught us that students learn best if they practice
what they are taught. We encourage students to bring sample
documents for use during class as exercise files. Learning is
supported by comprehensive training manuals that include step-by-step
exercises for a hands-on experience.
Our instructors are also available for demonstration sessions.
There are times when demonstrating software is appropriate –
particularly when rolling out new software or new versions. |
Demonstration sessions are valuable
for giving students an overview of the capabilities of the applications.
Our instructor-led classes are delivered on-site at the client
location or in OFFICEPRO’s training facilities. Most of
our clients request dedicated, group classes. We also offer
regular Open Enrollment schedules for individuals
as well as one-on-one training. Regardless of the format, students
rave about the learning experience.
Another approach for organizations with employees in remote
locations is Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT). This offers
a cost-effective alternative for delivering a live training
experience to all employees while ensuring consistent content.
