We have a stringent process for identifying and qualifying potential instructors. OFFICEPRO trainers are seasoned professionals with years of experience in training and also real world experience with the software they train.

Even after instructors join the OFFICEPRO instructional team, the selection process is ongoing as we match instructors to client sites to ensure a quality learning experience.

We monitor instructor performance on an on-going basis to maintain the highest level of quality for our clients.

Much of our content is modular in nature, which allows courses to be

tailored to meet the client’s objectives. In addition to comprehensive hands-on training manuals, clients may also choose from quick reference guides or class handouts.

Regardless of the materials used, students in OFFICEPRO’s hands-on classes learn by doing, not viewing. It is always our objective to create

independent capability that can be immediately applied to work. We’re more than happy to incorporate client-specific samples into the classroom.

We strongly believe that each student in a hands-on training class should have their own computer, giving them the best opportunity to practice what they learn.
