OFFICEPRO has a wide variety of
standard classes that meet the needs of many clients. There
are times, though, when clients want to cover specific topics
or want to incorporate specific documents into the training.
Our flexible approach to meeting the needs of our clients allows
us to tailor training in several ways.
First, for many of our courses, courseware can be designed
to include just those topics requested by the client. For example,
clients may have a group of employees that focus on mailings.
In this case, we can design a class that teaches |
students the ins and outs of mail
merge for letters, e-mails and labels.
Second, clients sometimes ask to use their own documents as
exercise files during class. Client documents can easily be
incorporated, either before class or during the training. This
approach makes the learning experience particularly relevant
to the students. Typically this does not add to the cost of
the class unless the documents are particularly complex. Consultation
prior to training will determine if any additional charges will
apply. |
Finally, fully customized materials
involve adding screen shots and client-specific content into
the courseware. Manuals will have the look and feel of the client’s
environment.
