Our training materials are selected to support the learning
objectives and structure of each class. Students find that many
post-training questions are quickly answered by reviewing course
materials.
In addition, students receive one year of follow-up support
on the topics covered in class.
Post-training support is available via e-mail,
form or telephone.
Most questions can be answered immediately.
If a question cannot be answered on the spot, it is referred
to our instructional staff for handling. It is our goal to always
respond to help questions within 24 hours.
